Ordering Lead Time: Please provide us with 72 hours notice for small events, breaks and beverages. Larger events require more planning, therefore please give us notice at least one week in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute requests; however these lead times help us to ensure that fresh ingredients and adequate staff are available for your catered event.

Guarantees and Cancellations: The guaranteed number of guests must be provided to the catering department at least three business days prior to your event. If we do not receive an up-dated guarantee, we will prepare for your initial estimate. We realize that emergency cancellations do occur, and we will do our best to avoid additional charges for your group. However, if we have prepared food for the group, we must charge for the cost of that food.

Pricing: Unless otherwise specified, all menu items are priced per person. There is a $30 minimum. Orders include disposable ware or our china service when requested. Linens/specialty linens and china/glassware are available upon request with an additional charge.
